Orders, shipping and returns:

1. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please send us an email to contact@homenout.co.uk
2. We cannot amend or cancel orders that have been packed and dispatched.
3. If there is a problem with your order we will send you an email and await your reply. Please note that the shipping label and tracking may be generated in advance.
4. Although we put a great effort into displaying the colours accurately, the actual colours of products may differ from the photo due to the photography limitations and varying screen settings.
5. We cannot accept any responsibility for any flaws, or colour changes that occurred during and after the washing process. Washing instructions are included with each product, if applicable.
6. Although we strive to describe our products as best as we can, we cannot accept any responsibility for products which do not match up to the customer’s expectations.
7. Usually, the parcels are shipped no more than two working days after ordering. However, the products made to order need more time, so the shipping time, in this case, is a minimum of 14 days from making the purchase.
8. Most often the products are shipped by Royal Mail, always second class signed for. The parcels exceeding 2 kg are shipped by Evri, also signed for option.
9. The cost of shipping is always the same regardless of the size of the order and the type of shipping service.
   Goods are only shipped within the UK.
10. Since all our products are handmade, there may be slight differences in the dimensions of similar items, e.g. in sets. This is normal and does not constitute grounds for complaint. Also, small errors, usually invisible, resulting from the handmade nature, are not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, if the goods are undamaged and unused, you have the right to return them within 14 days of purchasing without giving any reason. However, custom-made products are non-refundable unless they contain significant errors and are not made strictly to the specifications ordered.
11. Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
12. The cost of shipping the returned product is the responsibility of the buyer. This does not apply to the return of a product claimed to be defective, provided that the complaint is accepted.

All website content and photography are subject to copyright and reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited. Home’n’Out reserves the right to charge for site images used without prior notice and granted permissions.
